Our Mission
Moms Gone Mental is a grassroots community movement led by mothers, for mothers, with a mission to break the silence around women's mental health and lived experiences. We aim to create a supportive space where moms can connect, share, and feel seen—free from stigma or judgment. Through education, open dialogue, and advocacy, we raise awareness about the emotional and psychological challenges many women face, from postpartum struggles to the invisible weight of daily expectations. Our goal is to empower women with knowledge, normalize common experiences, and spark lasting change in how society understands and supports mental health for mothers everywhere.
